Do you have any experience using SSH on the Mac?

I use the Eero router with VoiceOver on iOS. The app has recently become unusable with VoiceOver for me. Can any other Eero and VoiceOver user verify this?

The latest tech doctor podcast called Connecting the Dots is not showing up for me in Castro. It shows up in other podcast apps. Would one of you Castro users check and see if it shows up for you? Very strange.

@saqibs I have tried with Alex and Ava as my VoiceOver voice with no joy. I have deleted and redownloaded Seeing AI and of course have restarted my phone. I just can’t seem to make it work with VoiceOver also on.

@Robert_Carter If you go into Seeing AI menu, tap settings, and change the voice there, this will be for when VoiceOver is off. If you change the voice in Accessibility settings then that changes it for VoiceOver. Curious if Ava is your VoiceOver voice?

For me, in iOS14.4, Seeing AI World channel doesn’t speak with VoiceOver on. It speaks when I turn off VoiceOver. Anybody else seeing this?

@saqibs If VoiceOver is on, it says nothing. If I turn VoiceOver off, it speaks as expected. What do you mean by setting the preferred voice in VoiceOver settings?

@Robert_Carter So it just doesn't say anything? And confirming that you are setting or preferred voice in VoiceOver settings, not SeeingAI settings? Trying to narrow down what might be different on your configuration compared with others we've tried. Thanks.

@saqibs I tried both the default voice and the Ava voice. Neither works if VoiceOver is on. I don't think I tried the world feature with iOS 14.3.

@Robert_Carter We haven't heard of this before, but want to help you get this resolved. Which voice are you using with VoiceOver? And was it working with iOS 14.3?

@dwoodbridge I updated to 14.4. My QBraille, BI14 and Orbit Reader 20 Plus all work just fine.

With the scare about iOS 14.4 with the Mantis Q40 and possibly other Braille displays, thinking of just taking the plunge and updating so I can at least let folks know if I have issues with my QBraille, BrailleSense U2, and my Orbit Reader 20: besides the Mantis Q40.

@dwoodbridge I am enjoying my AirPods Max as well. I find them very comfortable, they sound great and work well even with Zoom.

Another day or so using these AirPods Max and then will be ready to do a proper podcast of them. Besides the cost, I’m super happy that I purchased them.

Wow, this has never happened to me before! Amazon packages were so delayed to KR, I completely forgot what I ordered, and, for the life of me, could not identify it when I opened it. Had to check order history to figure it out. Yikes, I am getting old!
