@piratecapt16 @dave24144975 I understand nothing and have no human compassion, that was heavy man. Im going to have to think about that. Im sure slavery was great, I will stop disparaging you noble enslavers.

You understand nothing and have no human compassion. Slaves were part of a family. If they got sick the doctor was called. Their children grew up and played with the masters children. They learned to read from the masters children and often grew up to run the farm. What did a coal miner, steel worker, or textile worker get. Fired if they got hurt. Nothing is they got sick. They lived in a company house, bought their food from a company store, lived at the company’s leisure and when they died their family was evicted. The idea that slavery was the worst option is just BS.

Let's have a look back at our ancestors' white privilege👇👇👇 A bone-weary coal miner, broken by the pit and shrouded in choking black coal dust, crouches in a rusty tin bath as his long-suffering wife, the silent backbone of his household, furiously scrubs and erases every last trace of his unearned white privilege from the pale skin hidden beneath the grime.

@KeithNHumphreys I am wondering what happened to the congress that cared about children so much they banned tick tock but no other social media app that was doing the same harm. And now its only bad because of spying and an American company can go ahead and continue harming children.

@piratecapt16 @dave24144975 Well water under the bridge, but enslaving children from birth is a different animal than feeling pressured to work at the local mining industry.

Brother, southerners never hated the slaves. Most of us never owned any and those who did generally loved and took care of them. Would you pay a years salary for something and not appreciate it or destroy it? The difference between southerners and Yankees is we grew up with black folks and never hated them. The Yankees didn’t understand or like blacks at all.

Operationally, Epic Fury has been a success, but not without fault. Losses incurred by US & partner forces could have been minimized had the Trump Admin been more open to Ukrainian support; and the US Army more nimble in reforms. Here are the receipts to prove it. 🧵 ⬇️ 1/25

@piratecapt16 @dave24144975 A slave child couldn’t study harder and get a scholarship or be brave and join the military, or move to another town with a different industry. But yes its a nastier business than farming.

@dave24144975 And someone please explain to me how hoeing some weeds in a cotton field during the summer outside is somehow worse than tunneling deep in the earth? Shut the hell up.

@harukaawake @PhdZia She said you people smell on hot humid Summer days on the subway and you are too full of you to acknowledge such a benign observation. Your sweat still has odor even if its not that strong, but hundreds of you together sweating will bring it out and that is not controversial

🇯🇵 A black lady living in Japan claims that Japanese people don't wash their hands, smell bad on the train and only care about "neatness" but not hygiene. As expected, everything she is saying is a lie.

@kangminlee I've been in Japan. I lived in Korea for 3 years. I've lived with blacks in the military. There is a hygiene issue with one of those groups. Guess.....

@WoLf_PaK_MeMbA The immigration botch makes me question everything, more. That was his flagship issue, only redeeming thing is that our military usually keeps your in incompetents like Kristi Noem and Greg Bovino out of high positions.

@tokyonosensei @harukaawake But the joke is that its not lewd because she is just selling a toothbrush, and you are the one making it raunchy. It breaks down a little because she is dressed like a prostitute, echhem, I mean “geisha”

@Robert___1 @harukaawake Exactly. We all think that our way of thinking is correct; it's hard to understand anotgee person, especially if they are from a markedly different culture. Humour often does not travel well across cultures. Irony is one that has a limited cultural range. This is just lewd.

🇯🇵 This video has been trending for quite some time but it's important to note something here: This is in Japan but this lady isn't Japanese. While I can take a joke, I hope no one thinks this is normal behavior in Japan.

@kauinoa04 @harukaawake You two should get a room and have a good cry about it. Plenty of supportive stroking will do the trick.

@harukaawake Don’t worry, I don’t think anyone seeing this video would think this is anything other than a skit. The image of Japanese women globally is generally as pretty respectful and demure. Lewd and tricky isn’t really the common perception.

@hoothathuh @PG_Ting @bscholl That was if he was able to hear the radio message that would be 2 failed check for him. The tower should have checked twice that the runway was clear too though. Stupid accident, they shouldn’t just build a road around the outside of runways for emergency vehicles.

@PG_Ting @bscholl After telling him it was clear. They shouldn’t have told someone to cross an active runway and then say just kidding. If the driver was conversing with someone, or there was noise or signal interference you dont have time to correct. Its not the 🚦 game, 0% chance 4 error

@bscholl Why are so many accounts claiming this was due to an air traffic controller’s error? Did he not tell the truck to stop multiple times?

Val Kilmer’s rapid-fire reload during the bank heist in Heat (1995) was so technically perfect that the footage was later used by Special Forces instructors as a training example for "proper magazine changes under fire."
