@O_E_W I have generated 40Kw over last 2 days. Exported most today but saves the grid.during heavy loads

Over the last 2 days our solar has generated 41kWh of electricity. That’s the rough equivalent of enough electricity to drive from Cambridge to Leeds in an EV, or boil a kettle 400+ times to make 2,000 cups of tea!

@g__j @agile_phil @OctopusEnergy got you to install a Daikin heat pump last year. Our house is leaky but it keeps us warm. Definitely uses less energy but of course with ⚡️being more expensive it was a slim saving. cosy tariff helps with this. I have 2 B.E.V.s so kept IOG solar & 🔋 storage now keep price low.

@Tesla Three charging stops,.left house with 100%. Gridserve, then mfg, then tesla on return journey. All reliable and eay to use.

475 mile round trip yesterday, I believe my car should be able to charge at 100Kw but max seen was 54Kw. Total cost 15p a mile. Looking forward to 20% v.a.t. being lowered. @Tesla chargers are roughly 30p a kw cheaper. #bev
