Over 3,000 Eritreans participated in the Martyrs Day event in Vauxhall Park, London. The activities included singing, poetry readings, and speeches organised by the Sponsor Martyr's Family Committee (SMFC). At the London commemoration, Mr. Salih Abdella, Charge d'Affaires at the Embassy of the State of Eritrea to the United Kingdom and Ireland, was in attendance, along with embassy staff, religious leaders, and guests. The evening's activities commenced at 5:30 PM with a moment of silence to honour everyone who sacrificed their lives for Eritrea's liberty and sovereignty.
