Sweet girl came around to sell DirectTV. Couldn't resist. Sold me the wrong pkg, so I called @DIRECTV within an hr of taking 30 mins to sign up. Informed that if I wanted to upgrade, I'd lose new customer discount, pay full price no exceptions. So I cancelled. #idiot #executives
