@InstacartHelp @Instacart i've consistently worked hard to provide reliable high quality service on this platform. I take pride in being professional and maintaining a clean, safe delivery environment. This deactivation doesn't reflect the standard. I've upheld.

@InstacartHelp @Instacart I have researched the smoking allegations regarding Instacart complaints by customers and have found that a lot of people's accounts are deactivated for this when the customer is only complaining about this to get a full refund.

@InstacartHelp @Instacart As they continue to push back I am left with no other option other than to do this: 1. BBB complaint 2. Executive escalation email.

@Instacart @InstacartHelp My appeal was just denied despite evidence. I have requested escalation. I have requested that someone higher review this. They continue to ignore a well documented fairness challenge.
