Now I'm not saying I want to be drinking coffee on Needless Alley, next to some bins, but what I am saying is that little lane should be nothing but coffee shops. We've let it down very badly and fair play on Gail's for being first to brave it. Needs a hell of a scrub too.

I mean, you might be able to put the brakes on if you really had to, but the layers of underlying agreements and finance deals will most likely be horribly complex and full of clauses that would make this very unappealing.
