So @vueling...My bag was lost mid-February. After repeatedly contacting your company re my claim on March 10th, I finally hear back. You want to reimburse my flight? What about the >€1500 that you owe for my lost bag per Montreal Convention of 1999? This is what you owe me.

@CordeliaMC @Flight_Refunds @vueling But they seemed to 'forget' to tell me their lost luggage number cost money. Pretty sure that is illegal. I had to pay €125 for that privilege. Total crooks.

@RobinKickMW @Flight_Refunds @vueling They are literally the worst airline. My flight was cancelled last summer and I had to get a bus replacement instead, ended up missing a scheduled meeting (the reason I was flying) + apparently i wasn’t due any compensation as it wasn’t their “fault”. Hope you manage to sort it

@CordeliaMC @Flight_Refunds @vueling Thanks. I have taken them twice and I have had terrible problems both times. The first time they lost my luggage for 5 days, reimbursed me almost nothing and then made a lot of money from me when they encouraged me to call their premium number to find out where my luggage was!

@aviapartner @MalpensaAirport @vueling Can someone tell me what has happened to my LOST/STOLEN bag? I arrived on a flight from Paris Orly last Wednesday (15.02.23). My bag was left behind. It finally arrived on Saturday (18.02.23) according to my @AirTag_ . But now in Piemonte?!

@vueling I have a police report, the GPS location of the bag which is 2 hours from my own home. So unless you are willing to go to that house, kick their door in and retrieve my bag, I need to make a lost/stolen bag claim. The police are not sure how much they can do (little it seems).

@vueling Unless you hire a Bounty Hunter, you will never get my luggage. My AirTag has found it at a house 2 hours from my own. So please go there and kick their door in so you can retrieve it! Ah, not interested in that? Then I need to make a claim for lost luggage. Email that works?

@vueling I need to make a lost luggage claim on your site, but it will not let me! Your site is nothing but loops. It does not even recognize my PIR number though it is correct. Who can I contact to make a lost/stolen baggage claim? Please give me an email because your site is flawed.

Feeling very traumatised and pretty bereft. Our dear cat Sparky came home tonight almost totally impaled by a length of bamboo. We got him to the emergency vet but the poor boy didn’t make it. Our children are going to be absolutely devastated in the morning. Must get some sleep.
