#GoodyeAndThanksForAllTheFish Are we really going to crash out of the EU for the sake of an industry that will lose its market if we crash out of the EU?
Today I was notified by NHS Test and Trace that I must self-isolate as I have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
I have no symptoms, but am following the rules and will be working from No10 as I continue to lead the government’s pandemic response.
This is spot on. NHS Test and Trace has nothing to do with the NHS and everything to do with the usual parasitic management consultants and outsourcing chancers. Of course it costs a fortune and doesn’t work. Can’t wait for the astronauts to get involved. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…
@NHSEnglandNMD Not sure how you escaped the question at the briefing today, but do you think Dominic Cummings acted responsibly and within the spirit and the letter of the government recommendations? #StayAtHome
@Channel4News Can someone asked the Medical Director of NHSE whether he thinks Dominic Cummings acted within the spirit or letter of the advice? More relevant than what Boris thinks.
"I believe that in every respect he has acted responsibly and legally and with integrity."
Boris Johnson says top aide Dominic Cummings "followed the instincts of every father and every parent, and I do not mark him down for that".
@Channel4News are you going to point out that care workers aren’t public sector workers? They are employed by private companies who make profit out of looking after those in need by underpaying and undervaluing their staff.
Using the Polish proportional representation system, the next House of Commons would be as follows:
CON 325
LAB 237
LD 88
Government 325
Opposition 325

@MichelBarnier@BorisJohnson If @BorisJohnson and his government crash the UK out of the EU on October 31st without support from parliament or people, could the EU keep the door open for a newly elected UK government with a 'return' mandate to quickly re-enter under previous arrangements?
PM @BorisJohnson has said that the UK will leave the EU on 31 Oct. In all circumstances, the EU will continue to protect the interests of its citizens and companies, as well as the conditions for peace and stability on the island of Ireland. It is our duty & our responsibility.
