4. Data moat. Every night is a labeled outcome for habit formation.
Open questions:
• Anti-cheat and sensor integrity.
• Filtering farmers from people actually changing behavior.
If crypto is going to be useful, it should compress time between good behavior and reward.
Health is the base layer. Better sleep makes every other decision easier.
Watching cohort curves on consistency and retention will tell the truth.
