@PhotoBox_Help very disappointed. My express paid delivery never arrived yesterday and I can’t get thru on phone or chat. No replies to my email. I leave the country tomorrow and this was meant to be a Christmas gift for my partner.

@doctorhelgi @Davidmarkpye @morefluids I think just make it more like NZ where if you’re registered with the college, working in accredited departments, and meet the competencies you get a cct at the end. NOT a cesr. I will die on this hill! Means choice on when and where you move. Etc.

Interested in how would we change paeds training? I’ll start: Paeds ACCS for those who know they want to do certain paeds sub specs? 6 months of: general paeds, NICU, PICU, PEM, Anaesthetics, and maybe paeds cardiology or surgery in ST1-3?

I’m in my 4th decade. Through circumstances that were not my choice, I’ll likely never have children at this stage. Being reminded of this is painful, especially during ‘polite’ chat. I’m also old enough to know myself well & work out what is acceptable for me,kids or no kids 2/x

I’ve worked in Australia for almost two decades.
I’ve never seen canteen food like this in the hospital.

Hospital canteen food in Australia is on an entirely different level. It makes a huge difference to staff moral and health. Rare seared tuna, purple potatoes, edamame, cauliflower.

@DrMattThomas1 @doctorwibble Yep check out highlandclimbingcompany.com they’re very experienced, lovely people, and can vouch for them as friends of mine. Based just south of inverness but do a lot of work on skye, the Ben, cairngorms ect as well as working with Glenmore sometimes.

Many of us tweeted, emailed & called you in extreme disappointment at @TMitchellFRCS comments in The Times about better outcomes by women in surgery
Rather than accepting multiple studies with the findings he called multiple studies ‘association not causation’ questioned the complexity of women’s surgery
I thought I’d give you a few days to respond
Sending an email without directly addressing the issue is not satisfactory
Just say sorry and correct the comment
