This is a common misconception, wood has a much lower calorific value than the wrongly spec-ed cladding in some UK tower blocks. Blanket bans on using wood in housing are throwing the baby out with the bath water, and lack research and understanding.

@KirstieMAllsopp @BWellness_UK @grantshapps Because they don’t simply go home and stay home. Quick drop by the supermarket, quick “hi, I’m back” for a few friends, quick stop at the bottle shop, out to the supermarket again on day #3, quick drop into the office.

Why can’t returning travellers simply go home, do a test from a company like @Bwellness_uk and then go back to work. The testing technology is available, why are our Government so terrified of allowing us to seek alternative solutions to the problem? @grantshapps

Oh dear @Coles Customer Care - trumpeting their amazing online service. Get my confirmation email, arrive at supermarket for collection, nothing there. @Coles response? Must have been something I did. But I have your email!!! Them: hmmm sorry nothing we can do

So @Coles can't provide a service in the first place, then don't respond to online feedback, then don't answer the phone (twice waiting for over 13 minutes), then provide no response to social media negative feedback. Foodland looking better every day
