Hi @MartinSLewis. Are you able to help me? Our flight was cancelled on a package holiday through last minute and they are deducting £100 from my refund. They say the T&Cs say they can deduct £100 as no insurance. I can’t see this in their conditions!

@WhichUK are you able to advise me please? Our flight was cancelled for a 3 night package holiday and they rebooked us on a flight 2 days later to a 1 day stay. I refused the amendment and requested to get a refund but they are trying to deduct a handling fee. Can they do this?

@MartinSLewis would I be covered under Section 75 if my Dad was to pay for my wedding on his credit card should I need to? Technically the service is not for him but he is helping financially with the day.

@MartinSLewis @MartinSLewis I am considering doing a section 75 credit card claim, is this appropriate? I have the same issue with easyjet where they say my refund will not get processed until after the pandemic is over. Both cancelled work trips and every bit of money helps right now.
