@KSPrior @BJolley4Jesus So much good here! My dad did a great job of helping me gain courage to make hard decisions on my own. It started with asking good questions & learning sound reasoning. He knew I respected his voice, so he was intentional to wait to offer his opinion until I had stated my own.

Let’s help this good father @BJolley4Jesus out. I’ll start: expose them to excellent female role models, whether through real life or good books such as these: Jane Eyre, Little Women, Anne of Green Gables, Pride and Prejudice, Nancy Drew, Harriet the Spy, Ramona Quimby, Pippi L.
