My birthday is coming this week. Historically a difficult day…last year was different. I asked for toys and just played with my kids ALL day. Best birthday I can remember. When childhoods are stolen sometimes you need to circle back as adult and just have fun 🙂.

Our team at Stolen spent a year investigating the St. Michael's Indian Residential School. Generations of Indigenous children attended the school. Many of then claimed horrific abuse by the priests and nuns who ran the school. These are the names of some of the accused. 🧵 TW
