Tonight during the @channel3gg mixed @RocketLeague tournament I will hit 40000 demolitions. Players take 3 seconds to respawn. So that's 120000sec, 2000min or 33.33hrs waiting. It puts me 137th on the Demo leaderboard. #RocketLeague @Rocket_Sledge @its_woodyyyy @BumpoTheClown

@naac10rl @Rocketmanqt @RocketLeague This is how they talked in all the nexto-hack servers back when those got hit by crackdowns. They act like they're the one making the bot (usually just the same stolen bot every server has) and talk like they are some big organization. It's rarely true.

I'm not allowed to use "take the shot" during kickoffs? Have I been wrong for 10 years? 😅 #rocketleague

@r0nska Because despite what social-media active players believe, "left goes" is not universal. So in situations where your spawns are equal or is a good idea to call out intentions.

@Rocket_Sledge Why would you be using ‘take the shot’ when every kickoff has a specified spawn, unless it was a fake or Spanish or sum

@hellaphunken "All Yours" didn't even exist when I started playing this game. "Take the shot" is all we had. I've never bothered to switch out any of the new ones added over the years besides "nice demo!" 🙃

@Rocket_Sledge They're right. That quick chat needs to be removed. Feels like coaching instead of teamwork. Tell me your intention, rather than dictating mine. "All yours" tells me you're not going, instead of telling me what I should do.

@Rocket_Sledge Is this 2s or 3s? In 2s it's fine. But in 3s it can cause confusion, especially if you're the 3rd man, could cause both of your teammates to go for kickoff

@BumpoTheClown Yea, the only time I use it is kickoffs.

@Rocket_Sledge Take the shot is fine on kickoff. During live gameplay, it's obnoxious though.

@EGBlackfang I think it's supposed to only show you the population of the playlist you have selected. Though right now I tested it and it seems to be broken. 😅

So, #rocketleague has 420,997 players online, but only 25.2k that's playing. I thought this game was popping off. Or is it 420k players online on EGS?

Hear me out: I think the fact that Rocket League's core gameplay never changes actually hurts the game. The meta can barely evolve, new mechanics cease to exist and matches get repetitive. Every new season should have changes to the actual gameplay to keep players interested.
