There were so many games where his two-way impact was the only reason this injured Rockets team won the game. - From STRICTLY a value and on court production standpoint, the Kevin Durant trade was overwhelmingly the right decision. You make that trade 7 days a week. - I do not want to trade Kevin Durant this summer.

@watermelonqee @BiasedHouston Next year? And what if he gets injured again? Injures can happen to anyone, but are higher with players in their late 30s. That was a legitimate concern for me with the trade. We traded our toughness away with DB for KD in the playoffs. It's a good price if KD is available.

@Rocketboy311420 @BiasedHouston It was the context of which he had to play too many minutes for 78 games for us to even get to the playoffs that makes this a reality. A healthier, more reliable and well-rounded team next year will take that load off him so we do get a healthy playoff closer we traded for in KD
