Rockets had a golden opportunity to provide dev reps to a player that projects to fill all of their long-term holes on a Non-Contending year. Instead we opted for meaningless 2 seed for a "valuable" shalacking by a hurt dynasty.

Like how is he “growing up” exactly? Thats a false premise intended to absolve Ime from his own malpractice to date and imply that Reed somehow needed tough love. The only difference is he’s actually playing now. His offense is the same. He’s still getting bodied on defense.

The guys are spent imo, morally and physically. Ime is playing them to the ground while most other teams’ coaches have the aptitude to rest their players and also the bench depth. While Udoka insists on not playing a good chunk of our roster. It’s really sad how the entire team is enslaved by an incredibly stubborn coach. It’s a tyranny.

No FVV or Adams. Jalen missed the first 30 GMs and is still shooting bricks with spacing. Brooks and Sengun wouldn’t have a PG to rely on. KD doesn’t have to be this ‘leader’ y’all want him to be but all season long he has saved the Rockets from looking like the 2023-24 Kings.

Really curious what the messaging will be that the team will put out after the year after we inevitably get smoked in the first round. I think they’ll double down on the point that trading for KD was never about speeding up the timeline and it’s all about “the young core.”

@Jumpshot8 The only guy gave @SHAQ problems was greg ostertag who helped utah in 4 to zero sweep and 4 to 1 series wins in 1997 and 1998 shaq got his but shooting percentage not as good cause at 7 foot 2 and 295 lbs tag pushed him to 8 feet instead of 4 feet and then elbow to chest for dunk

No one today is stopping this and no one under 6’10 would dare guard him straight up. He would be the most dominant in the game today as he was against the best centers back then. Avg 30 and 15 and get his team to the bonus in the quickest time in the history of the game.
