The document is a 32-page lawsuit. filed on behalf of the African children, allegeding r*ped, torture, and abuse by Epstein. The filing doesn't just name Epstein; it blasts a whole ecosystem of power, pointing to his celebrity friends, Wall Street, Epstein's Insurance, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, African Presidents, African Governments, African Law Enforcement, UNICEF, the United Nations, and The US Government. According to the suit, Epstein and associates repeatedly traveled to Africa under the cover of philanthropic missions, while allegedly "r*ped, tortured, and abused African children. The complaint argues they were able to operate with impunity because they had the resources, such as a private jet, wealth, and was able to pay off African government to turn a blind eye. It goes further, accusing institutions and authorities of knowing exactly what was happening, stating that local law enforcement, African Goverments, UNICEF, and the US Government all knew what Epstein and his wealthy friends were doing to children in Africa. In other words, the document portrays not just a predator, but a system that allegedly protected him.
