Yay! More illegal activity from @UPS_UK@UPS 😁 Order was paid at time of purchase through their website, but because they can’t find an invoice I haven’t paid so they don’t owe me any refund!! I mean, I’m not saying their entire tech infrastructure is non-existent, but… 🤷🏻♀️
Now @UPS_UK have simply stopped replying to emails, despite acknowledging that they have broken contract and must process a refund. What's going on inside your systems, @UPS ???
It’s not like I’ve asked them to go above and beyond. I asked a courier firm to courier a parcel, paid them, followed all of their processes. Their customer service team have, at every stage, been at best incompetent and at worst rude and obstructive. No ‘service’ whatsoever.
I wonder if @ups in China are expecting this parcel, as per this email? As the parcel is currently in my hall, having been returned to me without the invoices that were attached at point of courier collection (@UPS_UK wont accept a parcel without 3 attached commercial invoices)
Essentially: we lost your invoices. We didn’t know what to do, so we sent it back to you, without informing you that this was going to happen, despite being in live contact with you. Now we’re telling you it’s your fault…
This was the point at which I received the email telling me the information had been received, and the parcel had been cleared for shipment. Not from the team I had been taking to. From an automated system. We all know what happens with their automated systems…
When I told them this, they simply told me that I had to create a new invoice. I explained that I didn’t have any of the information needed, as it had been autogenerated at point of sale by their system.
They then demanded I provide copies of aforementioned invoices. Which are auto-generated at point of shipping purchase. By their system. When I logged into my account to send them over, their own system won’t allow the customer to see these invoices…

@UPS_UK sent me an email saying this parcel had been cleared for shipment. Today I received it, with a sticker saying I’d asked for it to be returned. Are there ANY couriers out there that can actually courier???
