@UPS_UK This is why I actively avoid vendors who use you. I get that it’s an estimated delivery time, but there is never any clarity on the tracking updates. You’re almost as bad as DHL.

@UPS_UK what are the chances that your driver had an accident and therefore there was a legitimate reason for you not, ahem, delivering on your promise? None, as despite what you told me, the status never changed to "Out for Delivery". I paid £80 quid for this service. Pathetic.

@UPS_UK #shockingcustomerservice. Unable to get my package from access point after failed delivery on Wednesday as you didn't inform supplier so didn't receive an access code. Was promised delivery by 10 am today! , still not arrived and unable to speak to a person who can help!

@UPS_UK what will your site not let me delay a delivery date, I have requested through the packages journey, even before it entered the UK, but it keeps reverting back to the original date without giving a reason. I deed it delayed by 2 days.

@UPS_UK I’ve purchased an item from Germany (and paid you import fees), unfortunately the item needs to be returned, the vendor has told me to claim import duties from HMRC but apparently I need an MRN, which I can’t find on any delivery notes….why is this so complicated , help?
