@UPS_UK Wow, so i was told my your customer service guys to email my formal complain over to customer.service@ups.com. So i typed out my full complaint, to receive an automated email saying that that email address is no longer monitored! How do i raise a formal compaint?

hi @UPS_UK Why cant I speak to customer service? You've charged my again for import duty on a post brexit preferential shipment, a disbursement fee, even though i told you to use my DAN and a random Excise tax on to of it all. I have this issue regularly.

@UPS_UK Hi I’ve a UPS parcel i want to drop off at a local shop for collection, the nearest being UPS Access Point Bridgewater Convenience Store 208-210 EAST BRIDGEWATER STREE LEIGH WN7 3EN I’ve visited the shop and they say they don’t do UPS 🤦🏼‍♂️ So you might want remove them.

@UPS_UK really bad app but even worse is the service. Where is my parcel? Why ain’t I able to update my address? And even worse, if you are not able to read the address correctly (never happened before) why don’t you contact me to get the info? Horrible service

@UPS_UK I want to send 2 boxes to my son in the USA. Do I have to do it as two transactions? I can't see how to enter details of more than 1 box online.

@UPS_UK Returned parcel which appears to be sitting near its destination for 10 days, delayed delivery. Unable to file claim, site and app not accepting. Can’t even send complaint as file won’t load. One thing after another, what a shambles.

@UPS_UK I’ve only received a £4.80 refund even though I was expecting the full amount. This is becoming a bit of a joke now — it’s yet another claim I’ve had to make. Can someone please sort this out as soon as possible?

@UPS_UK how do I contact someone about a delivery that keeps being delayed. I get emails telling me one thing and tracking details that say something different. So frustrating, as I have no idea when my parcel will be delivered.

@UPS_UK why are you still routing packages via the middle east when it will cause a significant delay? My package was coming from South Africa to UK! Why not just ship straight to the UK?!

@UPS_UK might be an idea to update the access point finder. Just tried to drop parcel at Harcombe Cross location but they are not currently taking UPS parcels so the access point location is out of date. Wasted trip 🤬🤬

@UPS_UK I have had an email saying my delivery couldn't be made as no one was there to collect it. I had it sent to a YEEP locker so how on earth do you expect someone to collect it???

@I_amMukhtar Happened to me through @UPS_UK just yesterday. I ordered some tiny batteries for a headset and ive been in. Had to go to the collection point. Wasnt a big deal but it does make you wonder at the quality of service taking a nose dive.

@UPS_UK yet another parcel delivered to a collection point with no attempt being made to deliver to my address, I have checked CCTV either side of the "attempted delivery". I don't know why you even bother to suggest that you make deliveries, you never do to me, false advertising
