I’m Jeremy Harris, journalist for Pureblood Media out of Jacksonville, Florida, and I’ve been dragged through a 421-day nightmare by a system that doesn’t give a damn about the Constitution. On January 29, 2024, U.S. Marshals rolled into Bell County, Texas, with an arrest warrant from Oklahoma’s Eastern District. They nabbed me at a gas station—warrant satisfied, done deal. But that wasn’t enough for these power-hungry bureaucrats. They cooked up a second warrant, no probable cause, no affidavit, just a blank check to ransack my home and business. What’d they take? My work laptop, hard drives, cameras—the tools I use to expose their lies—plus my firearms, ammo, and body armor, all legal under Texas law. That’s right, they didn’t just silence my First Amendment voice; they stripped my Second Amendment rights too. The kicker? On April 3, 2024, the feds dropped all charges “in the interest of justice”—code for “we got nothing.” Case dead. But 421 days later, as of today, March 26, 2025, the Sheriff and Marshals still have my stuff. That’s $421,000 in lost revenue—$1,000 a day my media company’s been crippled. They’re not just holding my gear; they’re holding my livelihood hostage, all while thumbing their noses at the Fourth Amendment’s ban on illegal searches and the Fifth’s promise of due process. This ain’t just my fight—it’s yours. You know the game: unelected tyrants in badges and suits think they’re above the law, trampling patriots who dare stand free. They took my cameras to shut me up, my guns to disarm me, and they’re betting you’ll stay quiet. But I’m not backing down. I’ve filed a federal lawsuit in Waco against these crooks under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, demanding my property back and damages for every day they’ve spat on the Constitution. Think about Trezevant v. City of Tampa—a man got $25,000 for 23 minutes of unlawful detention. I’ve endured 421 days of this tyranny—do the math. Patriots, this is our line in the sand.
