Antique || Kaynes Technology India A weak quarter, missed FY26 guidance Kaynes Technology (Kaynes) reported lower than expected 4Q performance. Revenue came in at INR 12.4 bn (+26% YoY; est. of INR 16.3 bn). EBITDA margin contracted 150 bps YoY to 15.6% (est. of 17.1%), leading to EBITDA growth of 15% YoY to INR 1.9 bn, materially below our estimate of INR 2.8 bn. PAT de-grew by 21% YoY to INR 913 mn (est. of INR 2.2 bn) despite higher other income (INR 419 mn; est. of INR 296 mn). For FY26, revenue stood at INR 36.3bn (+33% YoY) with margin of 15.8% leading to EBITDA growth of 39.7% YoY to INR 5.7bn. PAT stood at INR 3.7bn (+25% YoY). The order book rose to INR 84 bn (+27% YoY). The upcoming PCB facility is expected to start contributing from FY27. We believe post recent price correction, valuations have come under comfort zone, however key monitorables would be a) Reduction in working capital cycle from current 125 days level to 85 days b) Achievement of positive OCF at consol level by FY27 end c) successfully scaling up the OSAT and bare PCB business for which currently capex is being incurred, which can potentially trigger a re-rating. We await Kaynes to demonstrate meaningful progress on these fronts before getting constructive on the stock.
