Hold on, I have put in over 5 odor complaints over Bharat Bhavan, a massive 300-400 occupancy Indian restaurant, which opened right next to and very close to an established neighborhood. It appears Frisco does not have an odor ordinance. The response was "We will continue to monitor." So maybe Frisco does not have an ordinance for the complaint.
