@kimpo393 @sciencensmiles @cantaskforce We generally cannot and should not be able to choose any intervention we like, even where the evidence is weak or absent. This principle would not be responsible or ethical. For screening nor treatments. That cancer inevitably spreads we now know very well is not correct.

The decision tools here make the pros and cons very clear.
