@votebarth@IndyParksandRec What the is going on with the Arsenal Park splash pad? It has been out of service the majority of years since it was built. Such a waste of taxpayer dollars on an asset the city cannot maintain.

@Roll_Ty Ty, I've gone through the permits, and here's my guess:
Both northbound lanes are closed from Mass to 10th, but they are supposed to convert one of those northbound lanes to southbound. It's what they could be doing right now, and hopefully it'll be done by the start of 2023.
