Eat less before, or eat a small snack 1 to 2 hrs before. And then make sure you fuel intentionally (good foods only) after the gym.👍

@california_gurI It’s true. Even down to the simple things like, becoming a better Apex player. That’s one reason I hang out with Apex streamers on Twitch. I mean, one reason is because I like the people whose streams I watch. But the other is that it helps me get better at the game🤷♂️💜

This is true..being around & talking to other content creators in person last year was not only inspiring & motivating, but I also learned things from them via our conversations or showing me things. Imagine if we hung out a once a week. I would learn so much thru our talks.
