It’s my birthday today 🎉 I was hoping to celebrate it live on stream, but right now I still can’t connect to the server 😭 It’s been over a year since I started streaming and it all began with Abstract. On my last birthday I was still on Twitch waiting for approval. 🚨My AGW was hacked🚨 Today is one of the worst days of my life. But it’s my fault! Someone I had been in contact with from a previous project reached out to set up a meeting about a possible collaboration. On the day of the meeting, they sent me a ZOOM link… Total screw‑up. Trusting that I already knew this person from the previous collab, I clicked it and signed my death sentence. The meeting never took place because the link didn’t work, and it was surely a scam. Since the Zoom link wasn’t working, they asked to postpone it to tomorrow. An hour later, I watched live as someone was selling my NFTs in real time. I tried to react quickly, contacting Abstract while also trying to send my NFTs and my money to a secondary wallet. But it was already too late, the hacker had sold my most valuable NFTs and drained most of the WETH from the sales. Abstract reacted quickly and blocked my wallet to stop the hack, and now I’m left without my AGW and I don’t know what’s going to happen from here. The hacker had time to sell 6 @astroversewtf , 1 Pudgy Penguin box, 1 @finalbosuX , 1 @CannaSapiensX , 1 @RoachRacingClub , 2 @myBUUMEE , 2 @ppuffins , 1 @pengztracted , 1 Glowbud, 1 Abstractio, and 1 @zerotohero , and they withdrew most of the WETH. But since I saw it happening live, I was able to rescue a small part of the money before the hacker did (although just a small amount - $150). On top of that, my platinum‑rank AGW with over 2M XP is compromised, and I don’t know if @AbstractChain will be able to help me with that. Plus, I can’t access my streams with my 3k+ followers. I guess it’s not completely lost, and somehow I’ll be able to recover part of all this along with my badges with Abstract’s help. But for a small investor like me, with little money, this loss is huge, and the endless hours invested in all this… Moral of the story: never fully trust someone inviting you to a meeting, even if you think you know them. Meanwhile, I just want to die.
