@DrJamieKoufman Have read two of your books and your blog mentioning tapering off PPIs with H2As. Should H2As and Gaviscon Advance be continued after each meal and at bedtime till acid reflux is gone or tapered off to zero over 5 weeks?

Acid reflux can cause vocal fatigue, effortful speaking, even painful speaking, as well as changes in vocal quality (hoarseness, voice breaks, loss of vocal range and throat clearing). And silent reflux is far more common than GERD. jamiekoufman.com/singers-how-to…

A few cops on a back street in Watertown faced the Boston Marathon Bombers, for the first and only time in America they were shot at and had bombs thrown at them. They acted heroically defending a neighborhood, a city and a country. I stand by my statement made 7 years ago.
