A jury found Francisco Frias-Abalos, of Mexico, guilty of indecent assault. The court sentenced him to 200 days confinement, but his sentence was suspended. He ended up on probation and ordered to have no contact with a specific woman, who soon after filed a protective order against him.
ICE @ERODallas Fugitive Operations arrested him at-large during a targeted immigration enforcement action.
He’s now in ICE detention and going through removal proceedings based on:
