Channel does $8k a month! Niche: History Cost per video: 50$ Note for this niche the thumbnails are very important I see many channels in this niche but to get views the thumbnail should be on point.

This client was skeptical in the beginning 🤣 but his reaction afterward says everything extremely happy with the results. I am happy that we helped him make some cool cash with the Youtube. These are the outliers see what is working and then double down on it and scale it.

Starting with a pre monetized channel or starting from which do you think is best?

Just a few months ago we started on his channel. Built it from scratch no pre monetized channel. Got the channel monetized 2 months back and now the channel is pulling 200-300$ a day! Consistency is key. Uploading what’s working consistently changes everything!

YouTube automation is so easy these days. Everything you need to start a channel is already there for free. Paying $3k–$5k for a coach for basic info and no assist in the channel. That’s just crazy. 😂

@noahmorris @nexlevio I would actually pay for a service where you can hire a team of freelancers specifically experienced in yta. saves lots of hours of training, more trust from verified freelancers and teams, and agreed prices.

This was my first ever YouTube faceless video. I made it in 2016 when I was 11 years old. What was your first video?

This is all longform. Should I consider this channel as "shadowbanned" and move on from it ?

What kills retention? Slow intros Boring voiceovers Irrelevant shit Predictable pacing Weak hooks Too much setup Confusing visuals Clickbait that doesn’t deliver Lack of stakes Bad audio quality Over-explaining No pattern interrupts Too much dead air Weak storytelling No reason to stay till the end Unclear video structure Too many pauses without purpose Annoying background music Overuse of stock footage Repetitive information No emotional engagement Talking too slow or too fast Unnecessary tangents Forgetting to reset curiosity Ending without a strong payoff

@saimagnate I have experienced this actually when we just messing around and upload the old videos into a new channel which dint take off in the old channel but in the new channel it did well.

my secret sauce for launching new channels: 1. Pick 3 niches (A, B, C). 2. Make 9 channels (3 for each niche). 3. Create 24 videos (8 for each niche). 4. Upload 8 videos to each of 3 channels (A1, B1, C1). 5. If a channel fails, reupload videos to the next channel (A2, A3, etc.). That's it!

If a 20-year-old in their bedroom can run a profitable YouTube business, so can you. The excuses are in your head, not reality.
