Months later, he returned to attack a pupil with a hockey stick. No action. He told Childline he wished to murder people. They told the Lancashire County Council and the local Children’s Social Care services. No real action. Years later, he was arrested on a bus for carrying a knife. No action. Sick and violent people should be locked up - not brushed under the carpet due to incompetence, laziness or fear of being labelled racist.
