Stop fooling kenyans ,nobody wants to remove ruto from the office. People are protesting and asking ruto to resign. There is no gap. Dp takes over for 90 days, and the election is held. Holding a presidential election is not a miracle. Iran just did recently after the death of their president. Many kenyans are quiet ,not on the streets but yearning for a chance to elect a good leader. If a ballot is called now,they will not believe it!
