Lack of competence is at an all time high. No one is willing to put reps into being an elite operator. Particularly if you’re a young guy, you can lap everyone else your age by avoiding brain rot & skillmaxxing.

Training like Mike Mentzer works. The problem is that most people who try the splits, do NOT train like Mike Mentzer and have never reached true failure. It's ridiculous. Your CNS is fried, you want to puke non stop etc. There's a reason why he used meth for pre-workout.
