Two months ago #MotoGP announced that Phillip Island will lose the Australian Grand Prix, because the much-loved venue’s infrastructure isn’t up to the high standards required by Liberty Media. Welcome to Goiânia! motorsportmagazine.com/articles/motor…

This is one of the only hack squat machines in the world that is angle-adjustable. This means, instead of taking off weight, you can lower the carriage, reduce the angle, and therefore lighten the load. Aka it’s the Drop Set Hack Squat King.

@matoxley Was this track not open for local track days for riders and racers, prior to the GP? These issues would have been caught much earlier in that case, wouldn't they?

Post-Brazil #MotoGP statement from Race Direction. To reiterate, the heroes of the weekend were the workers who fixed the hole in time for the sprint. The hole was caused by "an undocumented sewage system". Why didn't the pre-works geotechnical report show that up? Basic stuff. "Significant heat" caused Sunday's degradation? Really? 30 degrees in Brazil isn't unusual. Both problems suggest the circuit works weren't good enough. Why wasn't someone on site to make sure the works were 100% perfect? Or if they were, why was low-quality work signed off? I know it's not an easy job, but MotoGP makes millions off every race, the least it could do is spend a few 100k extra to do the job properly

@matoxley Get over it a Mate. Philip Island has had decades to improve the infrastructure and has done nothing. By all accounts the off track facilities were a smashing success and exactly what Philip Island lacked. Seems that is lost on you.

I don’t care if someone is left, right, Christian or whatever. If you frighten my children and throw me in the street while I’m on a motorbike I’m going to protect myself and my kids. He showed calm and restraint by walking away when he could have done much more. This is exactly what a man should do in this situation if he’s able.

🚨NEW: Video shows how the fight started between Alan Ritchson and his neighbor The neighbor stepped directly in front of the bike, causing Ritchson to flip over the handlebars The neighbor previously said he told the actor to “slow it down.” "I did push him because he was coming towards me on his, on his bike." "He did it again for a second time. I pushed him a second time, and I think the second time he got off his bike and kicked the crap outta me." 1ST Video/ TMZ

@Hendrick_488 @unlimited_ls The video shows the neighbor with his hands up and sidestepping in front of him. Ritchson saw that and didn't slow down until the last second. The mere sight of a person in the road is enough reason to slow down.

Clarification for people saying I didn’t read fine print or don’t understand billing and english: I signed up for Google Cloud, they gave $300 trial credits and asked for a payment method, so I added a UPI mandate. After that I cancelled autopay from GPay because I thought when trial ends, services will stop like most apps. I only used Vertex AI 3–4 times during the trial. After a few days when I opened Google Cloud, my console was suspended and it showed a bill of ₹51k and asked me to add a payment method to pay. My question is simple: when autopay/subscription was cancelled, why didn’t the services stop? Why did billing continue? And how did 3–4 videos cost ₹51k? I am not a cloud expert, I was just experimenting on trial credits and cancelled the payment method like we do in many apps.

I used Google Cloud on a $300 free trial just to experiment and made 3–4 AI videos. After 5–6 days, my account stopped and I saw a negative balance of ₹51,164. No warning, no notice. I contacted support and told them it was a mistake and I am just a student experimenting, but they said I have to pay or the case will go to a recovery agency. After many emails, they waived 90%. Now they want ₹5,164 and have transferred my case to an American recovery agency. Has this happened to anyone else? What would you do in my place?

I believed in Trump. Trusted him. Thought he’d keep America OUT of wars… not drag us into one. I bought it completely — hook, line, and sinker. But look around. We’re staring down a World War III scenario with Iran, Israel, and the Middle East exploding… And somehow, again, American lives are on the line. Our sons. Our daughters. For WHAT? Since when are we the world’s police force? This isn’t what was promised. This isn’t what people voted for. I’m done pretending everything is fine. If you’re seeing this too… If something doesn’t feel right… Speak up. Share this. People need to wake up before it’s too late. #ChrisWickNews #WorldWar3 #AmericaFirst

Question for those who think high DHT is the main cause of their hair loss and are taking finasteride to block it: Do you actually match the traits of a very high-DHT male? – strong, square jaw – pronounced brow ridge – deep-set “hunter” eyes – thick, dense skin – beard grows fast and thick – high body hair (chest, arms, legs) – deep voice – high libido – frequent, strong erections – penis above average in size – broad shoulders, narrow waist (strong V-taper) – dense, hard musculature – low body-fat storage – competitive / dominant temperament – fast recovery – high stress tolerance – strong sexual drive Or are you blocking a hormone that was never high in the first place.

Scientists discovered that drinking a solution of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) can influence the immune system. In the study, when rats and healthy human participants drank baking soda mixed with water, signals were sent to the spleen that encouraged the body to reduce unnecessary immune responses. This happened through specialized cells called mesothelial cells, which communicate with the spleen using the chemical messenger acetylcholine. As a result, the immune system shifted toward a more anti-inflammatory state. Researchers also found that after about two weeks of drinking the baking soda solution, immune cells called macrophages changed from inflammation-promoting cells (M1) to inflammation-reducing cells (M2). This shift was observed in the spleen, blood, and kidneys, and the anti-inflammatory effect lasted for several hours in humans and up to three days in rats. The findings suggest that a simple substance like baking soda could help regulate immune activity linked to inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/… anyavien.com/the-nobel-priz…

if you are mentally drained from stress or sleep deprivation your body is functionally EXACTLY like its supposed to but that doesn't mean we can't change it its called the integrated stress response (ISR) and we can take a nootropic called ISRIB to block this stress response ISRIB (ISR inhibitor) is literally blocking exactly what is mentally holding you back from performing optimally when you are stressed, haven't eaten, no sleep, sick etc. now just because we don't take random compounds we've seen some guy talk about on X I will explain the science behind it that you actually need the science when youre stressed, sick, haven't slept etc. your body activates mechanical pathways called stress sensing kinases. these kinases will add a phosphate group to elF2a. when there is a phosphate group attached to elF2a another very important factor called elF2B gets suppressed leading to - brain fog - blocked memory formation - reduced learning capabilities - mental fatigue - no focus - slower recovery ISRIB stops exactly that since elF2a can't activate elF2b anymore, it takes the matter into its own hands. ISRIB binds directly to elF2B and makes sure its activated even when you are stressed, mentally drained, didn't sleep, nutrient deprived and all of the above nuance; I don't recommend taking it when you are very sick since the ISR can also be "healing"

the health benefits of tadalafil outweigh the simple side effect of a headache and low bloodpressure - lowers estrogen - improves heart health - lower odds of all cause mortality by 44% - increases the amount of mitochondria you have - decreases stroke risk by 34% - promotes bone cell survival - improves cognition - lowers inflammation - anti-cancer effects (PRMT5 inhibitor) its much more than something that just lowers bloodpressure, its a health compound tadalafil US: modafinilxl.com/buy/generic-ci… tadaladil EU + UK: modawhale.to/shop/erectile-…

ALL MEN SHOULD TAKE TADALAFIL (Cialis) DAILY Unless you have some weird medical condition or low blood pressure… now let me explain. Tadalafil is a potent, highly researched PDE5 inhibitor. What the fuck is that? PDE5 is an enzyme that breaks down cyclic GMP, which is expressed in the smooth muscle cells that line the walls of your blood vessels, all throughout your body. When cyclic GMP is broken down, blood flow is impaired, nutrients and oxygen fail to make the trip to your cells, and your blood pressure rises. This puts a strain on your heart and negatively impacts your performance. Then Tadalafil walks in, tells PDE5 to kill itself, and allows cGMP to relax your blood vessels. This means: • More oxygen to your cells (particular muscles) • Your Johnson gets hard at the slightest touch • Insane pumps in the gym which are scientifically PROVEN to increase hypertrophy • Sick vascularity at all times of day even at higher body fat Risks? Potentially low blood pressure if you’re running other blood pressure meds. So basically, don’t do that. Pretty simply. Dosage: • 2.5 - 5mg for long term health • 5 - 10mg for performance enhancement • 20mg if you’re a sick cunt who wants to split his skin open lifting heavy ass weight Use responsibly, and cop it from Algorx.ai with code BIOMAX for a discount.

I literally say this twice in the thread. You’re suggesting I write the same thing three times because lazy people can’t be bothered to read it once? The only way to legally obtain tadalafil in the US is via prescription. So anyone lazy and dumb enough to try starting a new medication based entirely on a PARTIAL skimming of a non-MD’s Twitter thread would quickly realize this anyway.
