Is it a fear of being a Labour govt from central casting? Or genuine ideological belief that taxes are as high as they can be without perverse impacts? Anecdotally, it feels like things are so dire, and geopolitics changing so much, that people could stomach further tax rises

@Samfr, loyal power test listener here. Can you give ur take on why the govt is avoiding the need for further tax rises? Even after budget there isn't the £ needed to rescue public services. Feels like we risk being in worst of all worlds with taxes up & little to show for it.

@HMRCcustomers There is no guidance on how to list earnings and tax payments that are not whole pounds. Confusingly the input box shows a .00 which suggests you should be able to enter pence but it is not possible. There is no guidance on whether to round up or round down

@virginmedia Thank you. Can you confirm the timeline for a likely fix to this issue? This is a key reason for using Virgin Mobile so if it's unlikely to be fixed soon then I'll need to look at other providers

@RoryJHS Thanks for confirming, Rory. We've had an update from our team, who have advised that this is also a known issue with the service that the team have recently been made aware of. At present there is no known workaround. We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused by this ^RH

Hi @virginmedia, the switch over to WiFi Extra on the tube is a fail. No communication in advance and the new network doesn't seem to work at all. Phone won't connect using the previous SIM auth method. How am I supposed to get it working? Tube WiFi is a key Virgin benefit

@virginmedia I have a Virgin Mobile SIM in a Google Pixel 6. Can you explain precisely how to connect it? What PEAP method should I select? If I use SIM it will not connect. It seems from looking online many people are having the same problem

@RoryJHS Customers who previously registered via the Connect App will need to re-connect via the "Wi-Fi Extra" SSID, provided they have a SIM with Virgin Mobile, O2, giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, EE, BT, Three or Vodafone. ^ZR

@virginmedia Hi there. As i explained i didn't previously use the Connect App. I connected to Virgin WiFi SSID directly. I'm trying to join the WiFi Extra SSID using the SIM auth method which was used previously and my device will not connect to the SSID. It does not work.

@virginmedia Most of the other EAP methods require additional information including username and password
