@colewhogan Common practice with the Saskatchewan Party. Haven't seen it with the NDP, but I am not often in the leg. Not all bad, since I'm not in the capital. I've had an SP press secretary send me the audio from a scrum earlier in the day where the minister answered my question.

That is part of the job and common practice. I remember doing it as early as 2017 in the Alberta Legislature rotunda and it's been around a lot longer than that.

@itsgottobekd No one else will set your boundaries for you. Men (of a certain age, i guess) aren't taught to be deferent, so I think if someone is doting, the tendency is to take advantage of that out of ignorance more than malice. Communicate your needs early, and firmly.
