They also sued Musk for failing to disclose his ownership of Twitter stock which allowed him to buy more shares at low prices, potentially saving him millions of dollars. 9) the Federal Election Commission was looking into @elonmusk for paying voters in swing states $1 million a day. Federal election laws expressly prohibit any payment to any person to register, vote or withhold their vote (52 U.S.C. §10307(c)). This prohibition also applies to payments to encourage any person to register to vote. All DOGE was - was a rich, entitled prick throwing his money around to buy the presidency and to gain political power to exact revenge against those who told him he is not above the law, and investigated his violations of rules, regulations, and/or laws.
