@Riccardino999 Just to be clear; are you asserting that #AVCT could "only" raise £10m, during the most recent oversubscribed fundraise? Is this on the presumption of desperation for operational cash, as opposed to a financial requirement to satisfy audit sign-off? It's an interesting take...

And human medications. In my opinion this could be 6-8£ I'm 2-3 years The fact they could raise £52m from institutions (ready to provide more equity) is also very telling.....😉 Compare with other stocks who can only raise 2-10m£ at a time from retail like #avct or #epp.....

#AVCT perhaps a little boring; but I actually really appreciate Christina's cadence in presentation. She's such an expert in disseminating complex information. You can tell that the mind blowing potential & outlook are now commonplace for her, and the rest of the team. Top tier.

FWIW; the £15.74k / 18,735 'sell' at 12:13:03today, was in fact, a buy. How do I know? Because it was mine. Important to know that trade visuals are just 'best guess' estimations based on the current bid/ask. I don't believe in an ulterior motive (it's just not perfect). #AVCT

Sitting bang on that 84p mark; even with that behemoth £210k / 250k volume sell. Anything sub-84p got bought up instantly. I am certainly looking forward to 2pm, but can't imagine we'll learn too much in the way of new info. It's clear that all deals will be on #AVCT's terms.

#AVCT bang on the 20-day MA, looks to me like major support at ~84p, could be a run to 92p/93p shortly, then banging on the door of £1 in anticipation of next week's presentation. Gravy.

#AVCT for a balanced view; Strand Hanson are specialists in licensing / partnership / M&A, as well as financing. But why would Avacta go to the effort of appointing a new NOMAD just for a raise, when Zeus (most notably @hughesy0707 / Richard Hughes) has delivered strongly here?

@PJ_Crabb @hughesy0707 I agree that if they raise below the previous 63p, it would be looked on very poorly. No prizes for highlighting we're currently 10p down on that Oct '25 figure. For me, it's IF a raise for #AVCT is required before a deal. Tiresome, indeed, but I do believe we're getting there.

@PJ_Crabb @hughesy0707 Hi Paul, I'm no expert, but they don't appear 'small fry' to me. Now I'm not insinuating that they are ground-breaking, but I have seen others describe them as 'Mickey Mouse', which I believe is not accurate nor fair.

@RoryStuart15 @hughesy0707 It’s simply that they relieved the old NOMAD of its duties and is compelled to have one. These guys are small fry. All NOMADs will list M&A, licensing etc as skill sets, standard. I suspect we’ve just gone for a more competitively priced NOMAD. Agree they wouldn’t drive a raise.

@w82497 @hughesy0707 You didn't answer my question. I'll reframe slightly for clarity & simplicity: Why would #AVCT appoint a brand new NOMAD for the sole reason of facilitating a raise, when their current broker, Zeus, has shown that they're fully capable of managing this? It's a logic question.

But I'll play ball & flip to your perspective. My original question remains the same; why would #AVCT go to the effort of appointing?

@RoryStuart15 @hughesy0707 Strand's experience is in Poundland-level fund raises (£430k raise FFS!) and two-bob low end M&A. Negligible pharma. Million miles away from the mega £££ deals with Big Pharma that we're led to expect. Makes Zeus look like Goldman. Absolute Mickey Mouse appointment.
