The fact that a media like Bloomberg publishes a story about this non-story a week after everyone discussed it, makes one think that actually conducting an Olympic event near an NPP would have been terrific for public acceptance of nuclear

We have begun welding the upper semi-vessel of the VVER-1200 reactor for the Chinese Tianwan NPP Unit 7. It is the key milestone in manufacturing of the reactor. The upper semi-vessel has been put together from two shells and a flange- total mass of the construction is 180 tons
