I do not understand why most of you speak on the Odd1sOut situation as if you were there for the layoffs too. Contracts *were* involved. It WAS abrupt and done on a whim one afternoon with no prior context. This is NOT a normal outcome even in freelance settings.

@Danosaurus78 @DewEnjoyer the artist drew the trans woman very unflatteringly. you can draw a realistic trans woman without stereotyping that they don’t shave or wear clothes that don’t compliment them.
plus, they drew the trans man muscular and very masculine. it seems very bias toward trans men
