This prosecutor's entire case was the witness he all but conceded is a disaster. This whole prosecution is a disgrace. The prosecution loses. The taxpayers lose. The defendant who has to endure this process, emotionally and financially, loses. The public's confidence in the DA's Office plummets even more than it already has after Karen Read and Sandra Birchmore. A full blown fiasco.
