It’s a spy thriller where an Indian agent (Ranveer Singh as Hamza) goes undercover in Karachi to break terror networks linked to ISI and gangs. The story draws from real events like the 1999 IC-814 hijack, 2001 Parliament attack, and especially the 26/11 Mumbai attacks by Lashkar-e-Taiba (Pakistan-based group). They used actual audio from those attacks – where the terrorists themselves shouted religious slogans during killings. That’s showing the truth of what happened, not making it up to attack a community. No Indian Muslims are targeted or blamed. All the bad guys are in the Pakistani context: gangsters, terror handlers, and sponsors. It exposes specific outfits and links, not the entire religion. Calling it anti-Muslim is just twisting facts to create hate. Eid release? It’s a coincidence clashed with Gudi Padwa/Ugadi too. The film doesn’t stop anyone from spending on family and food; it just shows the reality of terror so maybe such attacks don’t happen again. Not government-sponsored it’s from Jio Studios and B62 Studios, a commercial blockbuster (first part made over 1300 crore). It’s action-packed with a gripping story, not some agenda film. Boycott if you want, that’s your choice. But spreading ‘propaganda’ claims without facts? That’s the real misinformation here. Watch it first, then talk.
