@yami___78 It's all subjective. I've been singing No Rules in the shower since the studio version was released - already loved the song long before he hatched out of an egg!

@fabomartz @EurovisionTom Yeah, they love it! We won the public vote last year, it's just the jury placement that kept us in second place ;-)

@EurovisionTom Finland learned nothing from last year, I guess. It’s okay to send a funny song, but you already know what people think when it comes to voting in the end.

@adventure_ali_ @tpenta @HometoBilo @barriecassidy That's right - you are only born a citizen if one of your parents was a permanent resident at the time. Asylum seekers, tenporary workers and students - their children have no automatic status in Australia :-(

@tpenta @HometoBilo @barriecassidy Unfortunately I don't think the rules here work like that. You do not immediately become an Australian citizen by being born here. It's crap, so I do hope he grants her a bloody visa!

Friends, we have new hope for Priya and her family. Media are reporting that Immigration Minister Alex Hawke is considering allowing Tharni to apply for a visa. Please, can you tap bit.ly/EmailtheMinist… to email Mr Hawke, thank him for taking this step and -

@MRMV84 @AdamMGrant As someone who has been "in the wrong environments and people", I'm very happy to have spent the last 3 years avoiding them entirely :-P We're all different, but I will always choose to be fully remote.

@Rose_Matthews @AdamMGrant I personally think fully-remote work is convenient at the expense of longer-term health and personal development. We gain many other things from physical interaction with different environments and people, unless we’ve been in the wrong environments and around the wrong people.

Hey leaders trying to cancel all remote work: did you forget we made it work in a pandemic? Productivity is purpose and process, not place. It's driven by why and how we work—not where we work. Flexibility is here to stay. Those who reject it may not be bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

@MRMV84 @AdamMGrant As long as that flexibility includes the option for an individual to be fully-remote. We don't all *gain* energy from in-person interactions ;-)

@AdamMGrant Yes to flexibility, no to fully-remote. Body language is a critical form of communication and for that you need physical presence. Plus those of us who get energy from people need the in-person interaction.

@DerekCa90862431 @siberianmi @AdamMGrant It's the "rarely" bit that I would argue has now changed. Sure, some will always prefer to meet in person - I know one person who has quit her job because she hates working from home - but there are now more of us who have figured out the 'trick' to remote work and are thriving.

@Jones2Alison @LizJarvisUK @BBCNews I totally agree, but what people want is an explanation and evidence at why its been put onto the Amber list. From current data there is simply no reason to put Portugal onto the amber list. It's political and its affecting much more than those who took a risk of booking.

@Karaza90 @Telegraph @BorisJohnson The system is clearly flawed. But, if I had to guess on those two cases I'd suggest it's down to the "share of positive tests", which indicates that the real infection rate may be higher than reported:

@Telegraph It’s still not clear exactly why certain countries are on the red list when there COVID cases a far less than USA (amber list) and other few amber list countries. Namely Qatar and Pakistan, both of these have much lower rates than some of the Amber countries. @BorisJohnson

@pissgheti @BBCWorld Worldwide I think we're up to around 1,200. In the meantime over 3,000,000 have died from catching COVID, plus countless others are living with long-term disabilities. How long can Australia maintain its safety bubble?

87,214 Londoners had their mayoral votes rejected because they accidentally voted twice in the ‘first preference’ column. That’s basically the equivalent of a full Wembley Stadium or - to put it another way - 1 in 30 of all votes cast in the election.
