We need America to stop using healthcare as a crutch and take care of themselves. This is why healthcare is so scary for people and drives everyone to bankruptcy!!! NO ONE takes care of themselves and wants the hospital to fix decades of neglect. Exercise, eat well, stretch, sleep, and most of your healthcare fears will minimize. Costs will absolutely go down if you aren't trying to fix years of damage in one visit.
