@BibleU777 Reread my post. I didn’t say listen only to the Bible. I said it should be the Bible that changes your mind. I listen to several hours of sermons a day. It’s my great joy. But it’s not David Jeremiah that changes my mind, it’s the Bible he’s quoting.

Listen folks, 'i watched a youtube video and it changed my mind' is not acceptable theology. Not if you're interested in truth. The Holy Bible should be what changes your mind. Because its author isnt Ben in his basement, but the Holy Ghost Himself.

@AsherJacob23060 Apostates put a lot of effort into their works too. I’m not saying they’re not helpful, I’m saying that Bible study comes first. Also video is a very manipulative format. Better to listen to sermons I think.

@AsherJacob23060 I listen to Bible teaching on there and many other places. But it still needs to come secondary to actual Bible study.

@lukeappleton That said. I probably listen to between 40 and 50 hours a week of bible teaching on YT from a very wide variety of sources, so my personal experience is not normative
