@Rosnotross his might be a temporary issue. Since last three days, we could observe more than 20000 bookings happened in Customer Self Service Portal. Had the issue been there for the past three days, these many bookings would not have happened. Kindly retry.

@IndiaPostOffice your website has not been working for three days and the employees at the post office absolutely don’t know how to help, they aren’t even aware of the different types of postal services, the call center is also clueless. Who the heck are you hiring?
