@WeAreOpenreach I’ve switched broadband from BT to Sky, was to go live on Tuesday. There’s been an EMS issue- I think. You’ve told Sky this will take up to the 16/02 to update on? Not actually guaranteed to fix. By then I’ll be 2 weeks without any internet. Any way to sort it?
@WeAreOpenreach Is there any way I can get in contact with Openreach directly to try and understand the issue & complain? Whilst I’ll be doing that with Sky, you’re leaving me without internet for 2 weeks, as I mentioned, surely that isn’t an acceptable time scale to be working to nowadays?
@Ross14Walker As we do not have the ability to validate who you are where your provider does and we give them all the contact routes into ourselves to get their customers issues resolved, We have to refer you back to them unfortunately ^Gary

@skiddle Hi, do you have any idea when creamfields tickets will be dispatched? Been saying preparing for about 2 months and I know of people who have recieved from other ticket providers already. Thanks!
@Ross14Walker@skiddle Ye man. I know a few people who got theirs from ticketmaster and they have had theirs for weeks now. Something a bit weird going on considering the cancellation emails what were sent last month

@dylanhemel@AFCFixtureNews If you have cash left on the account the deductions have been taken off. Mine is 947 normally but with the deduction it’s 702. Have to say I thought it would be less considering there’s only 21 games
A couple more bits of info:
There are no seat moves for 2021/22.
You can defer your season ticket for 2021/22, but you will will not be guaranteed the same seat in 2022/23.
If you put your ST into your basket, you will see the full price to be paid including all deductions.
@jamesarsenalfan@MattHDGamer It’s a corrupted game file from the squad update you have to do when you go onto UT. You probs won’t be able to play a game. You have to delete the squad update on settings and redownload it 👍
