Saudi Arabia will not survive this war

@afalkhatib So, he was asked why he had stopped and then they shot him in the head? Yeh, sounds legit. Sure there's nothing else omitted there
English

The father of a 26‑year‑old truck driver named Ahmed Saleem, who was killed in the Gaza Strip, recorded a video in Hebrew during a demonstration with the local truck drivers’ association and private‑sector merchants. Speaking directly to Israelis and their government in Hebrew, he says his son was shot in the head by an IDF soldier while transporting cargo from the Kerem Shalom Crossing into Gaza. The dad described how his son’s truck broke down shortly after leaving the crossing. When Ahmed Saleem stepped out to inspect the problem and prevent a bottleneck for the 20‑truck convoy behind him, an Israeli soldier approached and asked why he had stopped. After the young driver explained he was fixing the truck, the soldier allegedly shot and killed him on the spot.
The father further stresses that his son had been an Israeli‑vetted, approved, and certified driver at the Kerem Shalom crossing for seven years. Whether this killing was deliberate, accidental, or something else, it reflects a broader pattern of horrors that Gazans continue to face at the hands of some Israeli soldiers. It demands a serious investigation: how could an Israeli‑approved driver be killed for a mechanical failure, especially when these trucks are old, unreliable, and prone to breakdowns? And what does it say about IDF operating procedures if they cannot accommodate such a basic, predictable scenario?

@EylonALevy Don't care about cottage. Duties on imported wine on the other hand... I'm not sure I can handle overpriced Israeli shit much longer 😫

@Loralyn28954790 @DrAstanglove @RahmEmanuel Im not aware of any 20 year deal. He did make statements recently that he intends to become independent of US aid over the next 10 years. Unlikely he'll be prime minister though, according to polling
English

@DrAstanglove @RossCostantini @RahmEmanuel 100% agree. Netanyahu apparently feels the same however, he wants to extend a deal for 20 years. It does not sound to me like this is a man who wants to cut the strings. Why would you?
English

The US-Israel alliance is at a tipping point and the status quo is unsustainable for both the US and Israel.
The two-state solution has stalled for thirty years. The future requires a 23 state solution: merging Israel's need for security, the Palestinian people's desire for self-determination, and the Arab world’s desire for regional stability.
That is the path to an Israel that stands as an ally, not a dependent; an Israel with full diplomatic relations across the Arab world; an Israel that is no longer isolated, but central to the most important trade corridor on earth.
That is Israel’s future. That is the alliance’s future. And that is the foundation for a stable Middle East.

@Muig @richardpbacon So we've got from "taking the opportunity to kill innocent people", to "not taking sufficient care".
English

@RossCostantini @richardpbacon There is a huge pile of evidence that Netanayahu is not taking sufficient care to limit civilian casualties; if the tens of 1000s of massacred kids has all been an accident then the IDF must be the most incompetent army in the world.
English

More than one awful thing can be true at once. Hamas are grotesque.
20,000 Palestinian children have died violently.
If you think Netanyahu & Ben Guvir are good people doing the right thing & not taking this opportunity to kill innocent people. That’s up to you. But I don’t think you believe it
Graham Linehan@Glinner
At a time when Jews are justifiably terrified by a dizzying rise in UK antisemitism, the future prime minister does this.
English

@RossCostantini @RahmEmanuel Lmao you guys would start hurling nukes if we ever cut off aid.
English

@israelpolice Are they arresting IDF soldiers? Because they are serial.
English

Following the gang rape in Ramla last week, Israel Police’s elite Gideonim forces, led by the Central District, tracked down and arrested an additional suspect hiding in the village of Yatta.
After receiving reports that a young woman was assaulted by multiple individuals in an apartment complex typically used for laborer housing, an investigation was immediately launched.
English

@realMaalouf Don't worry, they just have legitimate criticism of Israeli government policy.
English

Update: IR Iran’s retaliation was major
Mario was incorrect.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal
DON'T EXPECT MAJOR RETALIATION BY IRAN TONIGHT Their strategy is simple: Maintain control of Hormuz, and remain patient
English

@EylonALevy Synthetic grass shouldn't exist outside of football training pitches in countries too hot and dry for real grass. Israeli's put that gross shit everywhere
English

@RahmEmanuel You have no special insight or vision. You want to appease, that's it. You'll offer no solutions, just rhetoric. And of course place all responsibility on Israel and demand nothing of the Palestinians
English

@MarioNawfal A perfect embodiment of global retardation, cheerlead by you Mario, bravo.
