Randomized trial of patients with high-risk #endometrialcancer (n=1095) did not find improvement in disease-free survival from adding #pembrolizumab to postoperative adjuvant treatment (HR 1.02, 95% CI 0.79-1.32, p=.57). That’s fine. But when both a grade 3 with minimal invasion and a carcinosarcoma with deep invasion are both stage IIC, there is a problem
